This rare vintage 1950's Schiaparelli 2 piece peignoir set is so incredible! The light pink and ivory nylon chiffon set takes on an almost ombre effect and it has gorgeous details! We love sets like these because they are so ethereal and to find a Schiaparelli set is even more special!

The sheer nightgown has a unique almost mermaid style skirt, and flattering princess seams. We especially love the unique floral cutwork lace found throughout. The lace becomes more dense towards the bottom where the ivory meets the pink. The straps are one piece of fabric looped around to create a double strap. There is a hidden zipper on the left side of bodice for closure.

The peignoir is also sheer, and it also has lace cutwork on the oversized pilgrim collar. The robe has bishop sleeves with elastic and ruffles at the cuffs. There are pearlescent round button closures at the center front from the waist to neckline and hidden snap closures at the top and bottom of button closures.

CONDITION: Nightgown is in Excellent Condition, Peignoir is Very Good Condition- there are three very small holes near the hem.
